We've been taught that keeping ourselves afloat can mean sacrificing who we are. If the job search, career change, or other life shift is making you feel like you are losing yourself, I show you a different path. One that preserves your values, your integrity, and your emotional well-being. Instead of doing what society says you must to survive, together we focus on making choices aligned with your values, maintaining self-trust and confidence, and navigating uncertainty with clarity and resilience. Even while living in survival mode.



Meet COACH MICHELLE

I help people stay whole, confident, and grounded during life’s transitions. Especially when career uncertainty, job loss, or other challenges threaten to shake their sense of self.


As a Certified Life Coach, Health Coach, Transformational Coach, Mastery Coach, and Logotherapist, I combine professional expertise with a values-based, client-centered approach. I guide clients to clarify their priorities, process existential questions, and take intentional steps that preserve confidence, integrity, and purpose. Even while navigating uncertainty or survival mode.  My coaching is additionally enriched by techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy which support mindset shifts without crossing into therapy.

How do I coach?

My coaching is three-pronged, combining transformational, existential, and emotional resilience coaching to support you through life’s transitions. 

 

1. Transformational Coaching
I help people make deep, meaningful change — not just quick fixes.


This work isn’t about resumes, job boards, or surface-level solutions. Instead, I guide clients to transform their relationship with themselves, their confidence, and their values during periods of uncertainty.


2. Existential Coaching
I help people explore meaning, purpose, and identity, especially during life transitions or crises.


Clients often wrestle with questions like:

“Who am I if I lose my job?”
“What matters if I survive but lose myself?”
“How do I act with integrity when everything feels uncertain?”
 

3. Emotional Resilience Coaching
I help people manage stress, maintain confidence, and process emotions constructively.


For those at risk of losing self-confidence or feeling overwhelmed during unemployment or major life transitions, I provide tools and support to stay grounded, centered, and emotionally whole.

Think of therapy as working on the wounds. Think of coaching as working on the life you want to build once you’ve stopped the bleeding.


Therapists diagnose and treat. Coaches guide, challenge, and help you move forward. The two don’t replace each other. They can actually work really well together.


Because they’re two different jobs. Even if the same human can do both. Therapy is about healing wounds. Coaching is about moving forward with clarity, truth, and intention.


A therapist with appropriate training can absolutely put on their “coach hat,” but they can’t wear both hats at the same time with the same client. The rules are different. The boundaries are different. The work is different.


Keeping them separate protects you, not the system.


Unfortunately, no. Coaching isn’t classified as a medical service because it does not treat a clinically diagnosed condition, so insurance won’t cover it. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t valuable. Insurance also doesn’t cover things like massages, rest, or taking a break from burnout, yet those are some of the very things that help us feel human again.


Coaching supports your growth, clarity, and emotional well-being in ways that don’t fit into diagnostic codes. It’s not about treatment — it’s about transformation. I keep my pricing accessible so you can get meaningful support without needing an insurance company to validate its worth.


I don’t post my coaching fees publicly because pricing is personal. For you, for me, and for the work itself. My rates are intentionally fair and structured to stay accessible to real people living real lives. I don’t do hype, pressure, or sales theatrics. We’ll talk through the details during your complimentary Clarity Session so you can make a grounded decision that feels right for you. 


I take your privacy very seriously. All sessions are confidential, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges freely. The only exceptions are if disclosure is legally required for your safety or the safety of others.
